Order History and Tracking

Look up a previous photo project order or track a new one that's en route with our Order Look Up Tool

Adding pages to your book is simple. Be sure to be in “Edit” mode indicated by the pencil icon at the top right of your screen.

Click the plus (+) icon in the bottom panel of your project. To do the reverse, click the minus (-) icon to delete a page.

Note, only entire spreads may be added or removed.

You can print a hardcover or softcover photobook in up to 120 pages. If you need more pages, we suggest creating an accompanying volume in a matching or complementary theme.

Yes, you can preview your project by clicking on the “Eye” button in the designer. Alternatively, you can export your project into a PDF that can be shared with family or friends for feedback.

Domestic Shipping
For items with final delivery to the United States, we offer the following options:

Economy (12 - 15 business days): $4.99
Standard (6 - 8 business days): $11.99
Expedited (4 - 6 business days): $17.99
Rush (4 - 5 business days): $21.99

Shipping to Canada
For items with final delivery to Canada, we offer the following options:

Standard:  $16.99 CAD
Economy: $11.99 CAD

International Shipping
For items with final delivery outside of the United States, we offer Standard Shipping to countries in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania regions.

Once your order is placed we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your order summary and number.

Use our Order Lookup Tool to view the status of a current order and to see your full order history.

You’ll receive a tracking email after the order confirmation email. This email will include the estimated delivery date and a tracking number to view your package status in real-time.

Tracking numbers activate once the parcel leaves our facility. Allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking number to return with updated information.
